What guests loved:

Nice, clean, well maintaned house. Cecilia's brother is very helpful! The pool is super!

Areas for improvement:

The kitchen is a bit small. The apartment is for 4 pers. recommended at longer stay.

Beautiful view, great location, nice pool area and several options for shade during the day.

What guests loved:

Great location for visiting Perugia, Gubbio etc. Beautiful view and wonderful shade under the large variety of tress on the property. The pool and pool area was well-kept and very clean. And we enjoye...

We stayed only 3 people in a flat for 6. This was fine, but it should be noted, that one has to pass through the one bedroom to reach the other bedroom and bathroom (the last bed for no. 5-6 persons w...
